“I attended a wedding reception at this facility. Everything was amazing. The pool was great. But the best part of the place was the staff. They were so kind. They provided us with platters to use for our Cookie Table tradition. If I lived in the area, I would frequent this place.”

“In town for work and needed a gym, so glad I chose this place over the other (limited) options. No nonsense gym. Called owner about daypass and he was super friendly, sign up on their website and get access remotely via an app, super easy process. The gym is no frills, filled with awesome Arsenal machines and all weights you could need. A bit messy but training isnt supposed to be pretty!!! 10/10 would recommend”
“The equipment is all new and well-maintained, and I haven't had to wait around much, even during busy hours. The layout actually makes sense, which sounds small, but it makes workouts smoother.
What stood out most was the staff-they're approachable without hovering, and they actually seem to care if you have questions or need help. The atmosphere is also a good balance: serious enough to stay focused, but not intimidating if you're just getting back into a routine.”

“Really good gym. No semi parking, but parking close by. You just have to be smart and inventive. Great bathroom setup. Feels very secure. Great selection of equipment. Good people. Had a great workout.”
“OK, in the interest of full disclosure, I've never trained here. But I do have a good story about the place. I was walking by tonight with my 92 year old mom, on our way to the LC King theater for a show. Mom, being 92 and the temp being even higher, had to stop every few feet to rest. Justin, who is either the owner or manager, saw us from down the street and literally ran up to offer help. I explained that we were slowly making our way to the entrance just beyond his building. He disappeared, then returned with a bottle of water under one arm and a workout bench under the other. He deposited the bench in a shady spot, gave my mom the water, and made her comfortable there until she was fully recovered and the doors were opened next door. Oh, and the entire time he was also helping and encouraging the people training at the gym. I don't know how other people choose their trainers and gyms, but for empathy and consideration for others, Justin gets my vote!”
