“I have used this post office since I was 18 and we drop off packages multiple times weekly to be shipped. Shannon is the best! She is always kind and helpful. Always willing to help. I have been to other post offices but they are no where as efficient and welcoming as the Bluff city one has been for us. Most of the ones that were here for years have retired. But thank goodness they found someone to carry on the hard work, the knowledge and the friendliness that has always made this post office my favorite! Please don’t retire Shannon you’re the best !!”
“Efficient and courteous. Arrived at 1 minute before Saturday AM closing to mail a package. No one was at the front desk and when the clerk appeared I gave her the parcel and apologized for being so late. She looked at her watch and stated she was busy in the back and had not realized what time it was. A good employee!”
“This is the most courteous USPS I've ever been to. Chad is exceptional with his customer service, and exceeds all expectations. Everyone else here has been helpful and great too.

“Poor guy works in there by himself. He is so nice! I doubt I would be considering his working conditions. The office closes for his lunch break but people are still packed in there delaying him. He’s such a kind man! Very helpful.”
