“This experience was a 5/5 today because Avery stayed an hour past the time he was supposed to leave to change my tire that was on a donut. I super appreciate him, he is quality! I didn't ask him to, he offered when he heard what I needed and as I was walking out of the door because there was only going to be one person left on staff at 6. Timothy (TW) was also super nice and very helpful! He was very knowledgeable and if he didn't have an answer for something, he found it out for me! I wish they weren't so understaffed, that's hard on the employees for sure. I've been in with not so great experiences because of this issue. They are open until 7, but only one employee is on at 6 which allows him to do almost nothing because policy dictates that two people need to be on the floor to do most tasks. I feel like a sign making customers aware of this in the auto center would help! But anytime I come and Miss Angela is there, I always have an awesome experience too! She's great! Travelled from Jackson here for a reason, I appreciate those who helped me today!”
