“Very helpful. Staff didn't have the right parts but they gave me a refund on the part that didn't work well. Not a refund but a gift card or whatever so that I can come back and get it and they do have a vehicle in stock but they've got plenty of selection. Nice yard looks clean”

“This is by far the best TA Petro truck stop I’ve ever visited.

Everything was outstanding. The entire facility smelled fresh, the bathrooms were exceptionally clean, and the whole place was well maintained. Every employee I saw was working hard, staying busy, and helping customers instead of standing around or looking at their phones.

“Traveling from the DFW area of Texas on our way to Chattanooga, Tennessee, we stopped in at the TA Travel Center in Denmark, Tennessee today. It was a pleasant experience. We met the sweetest and most helpful cashier while we were there. Her name is Katricia. I couldn’t find the lids that fit the cups for the frozen coffee. I saw her working nearby and asked if she could help me find them. She saw that the holder where the lids were supposed to be was empty so she quickly went to the store room to get more. She came back and handed me one, and then refilled the empty holder. I also noticed Katricia helping the other customers in the store. When she noticed they were having trouble figuring out the soda fountain machine.
I give the place 4 stars as a whole. But Katricia gave 5 star customer service!”
