“The people that own and run this store are so nice and friendly. Every time I stop by here and go in for something like a coke or bag of chips, they are always very welcoming as well as accommodating. I felt so sorry to the lady that works there in the morning...my bill was something like $27, but all I had on me was around 20. I had a bag of quarters out in my car and she said she would accept quarters, she counted them out on the counter, Afterwards I felt like a huge jackass for doing that. But she didn't blink an eye. She smiled and said thank you come again. Great little gas station for sure.”

“Amber was absolutely amazing!!! Called me because the moon cafe didn’t have what I wanted and she recommended some tasty treats, she also picked up my Mexican food I had two orders and she called me every step of the way. She was super friendly and even chatted with me for a bit about the desserts she suggested and others I should try! Definitely will be back as long as she is my driver!!!”
“I get all my gas there and lottery tickets. I called today to see what the price of gas was so I could tell my son who was on his way home from work. The cashier who answered the phone was very rude to me. He said " gas is the same price it was yesterday, $4.09 ". Then he said " get out of your house ". I am an elderly person with mobility problems. If the cashier had said we don't give out information about pricing over the phone, I would have been satisfied, but his rudeness was very unprofessional and uncalled for. If he doesn't like dealing with people, he shouldn't be working in a position where he comes in contact with lots of people every day. If I was a manager and had someone working for me who was rude to my customers, I would terminate him. It is too bad because this is an otherwise good place to shop.”
“The clerks are rude and will seat there on there phones and make you wait till they get done chit chatting. They close earlier than they say they do and jack up their prices high than any of the other stores in Charlotte. tonight there was a woman with a brain tumor just trying to change her shirt around 930 they arent supposed to close to ten the clerk kicked her out saying they were closed. this poor woman had to change in the parking lot and was visibly upset. I will never give these rude people a dime of my money again. They have no place in Charlotte! maybe they need to remember where their income comes from the customers that they treat so horribly”

“A gas station is a gas station is a gas station...except this one! Slightly crowded with all they sell, but OH MY GAWD! The fish and potato wedges! The filets are HUMONGOUS and super fresh! They are spiced perfectly and just fall apart in your mouth. This is definitely one place you should not just it's book by it's cover. It is a gem I brag to many about and my children beg for when I bring them up here to visit! Hands down, the food is 5☆!”

“Sorry for the late reviews I was stop by this Sitco gas station week ago and store was very clean. Bathroom is super clean the prize it’s super super super cheaper than everyone in this town. I was traveling to Murphysboro to Memphis and I had stop by here because the gas is cheap and the two guy who has worked there the very nice and genuine person. Good customer service I would like to go there again. Keep it up guys.?”

“Sudden Service is a great pit stop right off I-40 if you are coming to or leaving Nashville as it is located in the nearby city of Dickson. This convenience store and gas station includes a couple of restaurants including Subway and Taco Bell. There are multiple restroom stalls and they are all clean. The store has plenty of snacks, drinks and even some souvenirs. This is always going to be our go-to spot since we have a good experience with it and it is easy to locate.”

“I come for the sandwiches but always see other great items. Let me tell you they have THE BEST garlic bologna sandwiches (although their German bologna is just as good!). Sandwich line is typically long so plan to wait but it is so worth it. Just look around while you wait. I don't drink milk but my nephew says they have really good chocolate milk too! Warning there's a wait but once you taste the sandwiches you'll completely understand!”

“Staff is friendly, they have amazing fried chicken livers. Very busy during the day but they're open 24 hours. The police tend to hang around the area and anybody who's had to deal with the Dickson police knows they'll pull you over for just being out after dark and they will force you into a search of your vehicle. Not all of them, mostly, the DTF is the main problem. They've even been known for planting evidence just so they can get an arrest. Which is sad. A lot of officers suffer the stigma that they have created. Word of advice: know your rights and be polite.”
“Edit - 5/6/26, they have since updated all their pumps. They are new and super fast. Still a little weary but being as they are updating their facility it did win be back as a customer. Updated rating to reflect this.
DIRTY. The pumps are always so gross. The are visibly dirty with cobwebs and bugs. This makes me wonder what else is dirty in the store. Great selection of beverages but I would think twice before I ordered any of the prepared food if the establishment is that dirty.”
