They had a great selection and was very helpful and knowledgeable, and explained the different qualities of the different brands. We weren't pressured in any way to buy which is a rarity with sales people. We liked the fact that we could order a sofa the way we wanted it instead of just picking what was in stock. Even during the pandemic the wait time for a special order wasn't bad and it was definitely the best service we've ever had at a furniture store.
