“Steve was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. He made it easy to determine the right parts and shipped them to me quickly. Provided great advice, helped me solve an irritating issue. Just a wonderful experience.”
“Chris and his team always deliver. I came to him last year to redo the front end of my truck. He did a great job and worked with me, to fit my budget. Well I had to bring my truck to him for a complete redo (due to an accident from construction on Alcoa highway). Chris took his time and dealt with the company out of California, that was covering the bill. He went above and beyond to make it as painless as possible for me. When I got my truck back, I was amazed by the job he did. The paint job looks great and the attention to detail was excellent. I have brought my daughter’s car to him and sent a friend of mine up there. Consistantly perfect each time. If you looking to get quality work done, this is the place. Thanks Chris and team, you definitely will always have my business!!!!”

“They did a great job in repairing the damage to my little Pontiac Soltice ..I was pleased with the work , everyone was so nice and courteous ,, and working with my Insurance”
“I have nothing but kind words for the shop. They were not only friendly, but accommodating as well. I was told upfront about scheduling and the estimate. It only took a few days to repair and they let me drop off and pick up after hours. With the work they did, it made my vehicle look like it was new again!”
“Well it is unfortunate that I had to have interaction with these individuals however I am from out of town and was hit in a local parking lot. Eddie came to my jobsites gave me an estimate on the spot may I add a very reasonable price which is shocking with the way our economy is. Got my parts the next day and was ready to repair my truck. Had a family emergency and had to go home for 2 weeks. When I got back into town he took it immediately and did the repairs. My truck did not look this good when I bought it. Eddie and his guys did an amazing job if you take your vehicle to any other shop you are a fool. If I could post a picture I would.... Amazing work guys and Thank You so much.Services: Painting”

“Legitimately don’t think I could have possibly had better service. I blew a tire on the highway in the middle of nowhere late at night on a long roadtrip and Jacub saved the day. Genuinely one of the nicest people I’ve ever met, and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken to a safe place, could check into a hotel, and is even helping me coordinate a trip to a nearby tire shop to get my tire fixed and back on the road. 100/10 service, have never had better a better customer experience in anything else ever. Thank you so much Jacub!”
“Came from ohio on our first trip to tennesee car trouble happened and every worker in there made sure we were gonna get back on the road! One man named Danny even drove to Knoxville to get the part we needed ! Another worker even came out to help my son work on the car ! Great ppl for sure !!!! Some of the best ppl we have ever met”
“Have been going to Sandy’s for at least 15 years. All my kids cars growing up have been to Sandy’s for window tinting and at least 5 vehicles of mine. There is no one better and he charges better than a fair price.”

Had mine refurbished for a trip back to Fla. Rode like a dream with a lot of confidence. If you want the best for a very good trailer, you have to go to the best, then go to T & J Bushtec Performance!! They are the best.”

“We bought our company car with Ryan, he knew exactly what we needed and what would get us the best gas mileage! We’re super happy with it and will continue to shop with Ryan in the future.”
“I am from Ohio and was visiting this weekend and was having trouble with my car leaking oil from a previous oil change and the kind young man and lady in the store working went well above and beyond to help me. The young man literally got under my car to check to see if everything was tight and assured me all was good. They don't know how much that helped me!! Thank you for such compassionate service. God bless you! Connie Burns from Dayton Ohio”

“I've always used Advance as my "go to" auto parts store. There have been times though that I would not visit this location because of the lack if customer service and knowledgeable staff. For at least the last 6 months I have been more than happy with the staff and service. Hopefully this trend continues for a while.”
“My family was driving through Clinton Tennessee. On our way home when our large, heavy duty trailer tires blew out on the right side. We were three hours from home on a Saturday night with very few options. Walmart did not have the trailer size tire in stock but Michael was so helpful.
Despite being very busy, Michael helped us and moved the tires around so we could get home safely 3 hours away.
Thank you so much Michael!!”
