The reviews for this location are generally positive, with customers praising the friendly and helpful staff, the ready availability of online orders, and the great selection and prices. However, there have been some instances of poor customer service and staff knowledge in the past, though the situation seems to have improved in the last six months. One customer had a positive experience with the staff, who installed a battery that other stores said needed to be done at a dealership. Another customer, however, had an issue with the store's battery charger not working properly, leading them to take their battery to a different retailer for a successful charge. Overall, Advance Auto Parts at 405 Norris Fwy appears to be a reliable and convenient option for automotive parts and services, with a generally satisfied customer base.
