Tried to call and ask some questions about a land line and was trying to wait for an option to speak with someone and it hung up on me. Now when I try to call back it says ( based on your selection, we would not be a good match) or something like that. Then it hangs up on me again. This is ridiculous.

The AT&T technician dug a hole in my front yard to access their connection box and left without filling it in. Now I have a gapping hole in my front yard, they ruined my sod, and there is no one I can get ahold of to fix it. AT&T customer service is terrible

Cannot find responsible person to come and address the issues about the long vines wrapping around your lines not the Electrical lines. No one to talk to, email, no one human to talk with! Lightfoomill Road, Chattanooga Tennessee. I've reported it to EPB it's your line they're not responsible.
