Well my wife's car battery went bad, she called AutoZone and found out that it was under warranty. We limped to the store, they verified that the battery was indeed faulty. Unfortunately they were out of stock with the replacement. So they upgraded her with a better one, with a better warranty and for the same price! Outstanding customer service !
Will definitely be giving them more business.

Went to AutoZone to have our vehicle battery checked. We had a Diehard Battery that was supposed to have a 3 year warranty. We learned that AutoZone had purchased Diehard, and they would not honor the warranty only because we were not the original purchaser of the battery. Very disappointing that we were in the warranty time frame, and they would not honor it.

Miller helped me the other day with something I needed for my husband's car. I'm not that knowledgeable when it comes to car mechanics but Miller was patient with me, made me smile and took the time to talk with me about what I needed. I've been to other stores but I'll return to this location to see Miller and tell my friends what a really awesome employee he is!! Kudos Miller!

This auto parts store is spot on. Got a belt from Soddy was the wrong belt. Soddy wouldn't take it back. Good ole faithful Hixson took it back and sold me the right one. Thanks Hixson. I wouldn't buy nothing from Auto zone again. .........never I have 3 trucks and 2 cars 1 motor home. Lost my business......,....

I came into the store when it was really busy, and overheard Vinny/ Vincent helping a customer over the phone. I was beyond impressed with his professional attitude and willingness to go above and beyond for his phone customer as he offered to look at vehicle if the customer brought it in. Wow. I was next in line, and he was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful to me as well. He was swift and efficient but with a level of customer service that was beyond impressive. Good hire, AutoZone. Thank you, Vinny!
