Best Western Heritage Inn is located outside Chattanooga but is close enough and easy to access. The hotel was very crowded during some stays, and the parking lot is not easy to get into. The property is undergoing renovation, so some rooms are renovated with vinyl plank flooring while others are old with dirty, sticky carpet. Reviews on the rooms are mixed: some found them very comfortable, clean, and quiet, while others described them as old, smelling old, and having issues like a terrible drain, a loud toilet, mold, or broken items. Service from the front desk staff is frequently described as super nice, friendly, helpful, and outstanding. There is no free or continental breakfast, but there is a restaurant on site called The City Cafe. The cafe is very good, with great food, a huge multi-page menu, and outstanding meals. Guests receive a 10% discount by showing their key card. The hotel is reasonably priced, with room rates noted as cheap compared to others. Nearby, nothing is within walking distance, but a lot is drivable. Some safety and noise concerns were mentioned due to crowds, bottom-floor rooms, and litter in the parking lot. Overall satisfaction varies, with some guests stating they would stay again and others saying they would not.
Usha was so nice at the front desk and the rooms were very nice and the attached diner has the best cake I've ever tasted!
