The Chattanooga Convention Center is a very nice, clean, and professional facility with first class, well-kept facilities. Staff are friendly and accommodating. It hosts events like car shows, boat shows, and auctions, which impress visitors. The convention center looks nice and busy. However, parking in the garage can take a long time to exit, so off-site parking is suggested. Guests should also lock their cars in the parking garage due to theft concerns. Some visitors note the absence of certain expected features, like a main entry Christmas tree or raffles at specific shows.
