From a guests perspective, It was stunning and spacious!I don't know if the crew working the bar that night was with the event center but if they were, They were amazing!”

“This gym has a lot of various boulder styles that feel very sandbagged, and you can tell the setters care about their community to have realistic yet fun boulder problems. They have a kilter board too, which is amazing. I'm very excited to boulder more here, just got my annual membership! It rains a lot in Chattanooga so I really want to be able to get some training in despite the weather. Apparently there's free yoga classes for memberships too which is great! Everyone is super nice as well, and the team was very nice at being patient with me wanting to use my gift cards. Ya'll rock!”

“I'm DJ Big Lunch with 1st Verse Productions and was at this venue performing for a company event. This location has a lovely staff and a gorgeous scenery. Everything was noticeably well kept and clean.The gentleman overseeing the event was both helpful, polite, and on point. In fact the entire team working the event were all polished, polite, and accommodating.Thanks to their help, any issues that were encountered were easily overcome.I highly recommend this place for being a gorgeous venue, but moreover for its dynamite staff. Thanks to everyone for making my life easier and an event for a mutual client a smashing success. ? ? ?I look forward to working together again in the future. “Just stayed in room 1029 for 5 days and everything was great. Beautiful room, super clean, staff was great, but being a person that has set tile in the past knows that the tile in shower needs some attention. Specifically the top cap is coming loose from the tile curb. Also the shower door screws have come loose on the hinges of the shower door. Lastly please have some one scoot the toilet paper holder closer to the toilet pretty far away.Rooms: Seemed luxurious.”

“My friend and I enjoyed a delightful Valentine's Day or should I say Galentines day. The cocktails were tasty. The Casablanca theme fun, the rose ? a sweet touch, the main course delicious, dessert yummy and how can you go wrong with coffee and Bailey's? The service was very attentive. And the entertainment fantastic - Clare Donahue and I think her name is Salena. Best Valentine's Day I have had in years!”

“The rooms were clean & the view was great. We were there 3 days & only person we saw was the cleaning lady when we were leaving. Checked in after 5pm. Office was closed all 3 days. Large common room where coffee, juice & granola bars were available from 7- 10am. No one there to ask questions. Had fire pits and a walking trail down the lane. Would stay again when in the area.Rooms: Clean & comfortable.Walkability: Nice trail within walking distance from inn.Food & drinks: Breakfast was only coffee, tea, juice, cold Cereal and granola bars. Would have liked a toaster or pastries.”

“So lovely! Don't miss it. I think it's the best part of Chattanooga. Park the car and just wander. If you see water or the end of a street, just walk to it and you'll discover hidden art, sculptures, beautiful walkways, short staircases...you might even see bakers doing their magic in the pastry kitchen. Stop at Rembrandts coffee and sit/ relax under the trellis. Head over to the art museum area and see more sculptures there. Admire the architecture of 3 buildings of the museum. Keep walking and you'll head towards a pedestrian bridge. Keep going, explore and marvel!”

“LOVED staying here!Beautiful and UPDATED rooms and grounds. Workout room was clean and had great equipment - has a Peloton!Noise levels inside and outside aren’t bad at all - pretty quiet in general.Very happy and will stay here again!One weird thing is the breakfast isn’t complimentary…you have to pay $17 for a buffet style normal hotel breakfast…very strange.”

“I'll cover the positives first. The hotel is in a good location, within a couple miles of everything downtown and not far from all the tourist attractions. The front desk staff was friendly. The complimentary breakfast was good and had hot and cold options to please everyone.... waffles, eggs, breakfast meat, oatmeal, cereal, yogurt, etc. And, it was kept well stocked during a very busy time due to a large convention involving kids going on while we were there. It would be nice if they added a second toaster cause your food got cold waiting in line to use the 1 toaster they had. The pool and hot tub were nice, but the pool towels supplied are the size of a bath mat.My negatives.....Check-in is at 3:00, our room wasn't ready till 5:15. We reserved a 2 bedroom suite, which was a really nice option so our grandkids could have a separate bedroom and their own bathroom. However, the room really needs some upgrades. The furniture is very old, outdated, and worn, and the kitchenette table legs were so wobbly I wouldn't let my grandkids sit at it. The thermostat in our room didn't work, but fortunately, it was cool enough outside that we could open the windows. The front desk did bring us a fan to use if needed. Most of the doors in the room were broke or damaged but that's just a minor complaint. Overall, we would stay here again because I love the potential that those 2 bedroom suites could have. They would be really nice with just a few minor upgrades. Also, there is no room service. It would have been nice to get clean towels during our 3 night stay, and there were no ice machines.Rooms: The 2 bedroom suite has a lot of potential with some upgrades. It was supposed to be a queen and 2 doubles but it was actually 3 double beds. Nice to have a fridge in the room and 2 bathrooms.Nearby activities: You are in close proximity to Rock City, Ruby Falls, the aquarium etc.”

“Great experience at Urban Air tonight! We have a membership but honestly hadn’t been in a while due to inside conditions and staff. We were greeted at the desk by Mariana who was super friendly and upbeat. The place was cleaner than I had ever seen it and the cafe staff was very personable. I had considered cancelling our membership but have renewed confidence about coming back again soon! Great job on all the improvements!”

“Great hotel for our stay traveling home from Florida. Convenient location. Clean and modern both in the room and reception. Both ladies that checked us in and out were friendly and professional. Little details like the wood burning fireplace was lit when we checked out. We had two small dogs and the room on the ground floor had a sliding patio door for convenience to let them out. We would highly recommend this hotel.”
