Since it was back to school weekend, the owners were covering shifts and we got a chance to visit with them. This is a wonderful store with a great selection and a friendly atmosphere. “I bought a watch with a warranty for free battery changes 2 years ago and now they don't keep batteries here and I was charged to send it off to replace the battery and won't get it back for 3-5 weeks. A little frustrating but the store in whole is still pretty good.”
“I am an avid Old Navy shopper and today I had the BEST experience at my favorite store. I am a huge clearance shopper and I showed up to the fitting rooms with 50+ clearance items to try on. Wonderful Sandy was so kind and helpful and would come check on me ever few minutes to get the items I didn’t want to make it easier. Then the manager Macie came up to me and told me Sandy said she had a wonderful customer experience with me after I had felt like such a burden for trying on so many clothes. She was also so so helpful. Wonderful wonderful staff.”
“Easy to sell clothes here and I am always pleased with the amount I get for what I bring in. I got ALL of my son’s shoes from here when he was younger but less selection as he’s aged up since boys are rough on clothes. Staff is always friendly and appreciate their punch card system.”
