Old Navy always has the cutest clothes and good quality clothing for the price. The store was neat and organized and the cashier was very personable and really nice. Customers found great deals and good deals although prices have definitely gone up and they are not many deals compared to used. The staff was helpful and wonderful and the manager said the customer experience was wonderful. Floor associates are not customer oriented and they don’t speak to customers. The fitting rooms have many clearance items and the staff check on shopper. Always the place was a good place with good quality and a helpful staff.
Quality clothing at a fair price. Store was a little overstocked, lots or racks were so full you could not move the clothing to look at the next piece. Maybe that's a good thing?

I placed a pickup order late one night, and it was ready first thing the following morning. When I went in, I had a very streamlined process. The cashier was nice and efficient. It was a great process!
