Creative Discovery Museum is a gem in the Chattanooga area. It is the best and most entertaining children’s museum, with STEAM activities that are educational and fun. Families can leave and come back the same day or stay all day, and the afternoon after lunch is lighter than earlier crowds. Field trips are so much fun and keep kids engaged, away from electronics. The museum offers tabletop water activities, imagination building house play, climbing, dinosaur digging, robotics, music, art, and rockets. Friendly staff and clean surroundings make it a must for local visitors or those planning to visit Chattanooga. Free street parking is available on Sundays, and members are welcome.

Very cute museum. My older kids found things to do, even though it feels geared towards younger kids. The STEAM floor was a great fit. Zero hand sanitizer stations/pumps throughout the museum. Don’t forget to bring your own.
