This CVS has a friendly and helpful staff who provide great and excellent customer service, often going above and beyond. The store is well-organized and clean. However, the building condition is noted as unacceptable and in need of improvement to be more presentable. A significant complaint involves the pharmacy, which takes forever to answer the phone and sometimes never answers, even with assistance from the front. The store also closes too early, sometimes even before the official closing time.
Brad Hartman, the head pharmacist was wonderful. He handled my special request of a partial refill due to a packing error and not having the doses of medication I needed. He took care of my request in less than twenty minutes. Complete expertise in the pharmacy. Thank You

I just changed to CVS after the drug store I was using closed. CVS made the transition very easy. I will continue to use CVS for all of my pharmacy needs and other items. Every staff member was very helpful and friendly. I would recommend this CVS to anyone who is looking for a new drug store.
