Waited 15+ minutes for someone to just go back and grab a pair of shoes we asked for. There was maybe 2 other customers in the shoe section as the same time as us.

Went in looking for a red bottle and found one but had a dent in it. Everyone was super helpful and the manager gave me a great discount on it. 10/10 service. I’ll be getting my Yeti gear here from now on.
