Subpar internet service. Always blaming the intermittent service on my brand new router, which they recommended. Internet is fast when it works though. I chose to move here in part because of the municipal internet. I am incredibly disappointed.

Excellent service, just spoke with Ms Monique at EPB Chattanooga tn, so helpful and professional if I could give her 10 stars I would she answered all my questions and explained everything to me. Very pleasant to talk to.

My daughter and I experienced a fire last month and lost everything. We recently moved into a new apartment and needed the WiFi connected. Jack and Ward were so helpful and stayed until the job was finished even though it was past their time. I can’t say thank you enough for the great customer service and dedication!
