But when u call and having a technical issue give me a break! its like talking to a brick wall ! they have no clue what’s going on or they don’t answer ur questions! they are supposed to be trained in this field! we get more respect out of the technicians that comes out to fix the problems more than the person we are talking to on the phone WTH!”
