We visited this Xfinity location on Tuesday and met Chris, and he was an absolute breath of fresh air!Chris was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to fix our situation. He gave us multiple numbers to ensure we could reach him and went out of his way to let us know that we should be treated as individuals, not just as customers. “I have had EPB for quite a long time now and haven't had many complaints till the past few years. You guys seriously need to look into the Moses Rd/Harper Rd area because the amount of outages we keep having are getting extremely aggravating...Even on nice days with no wind, the area just seems to have an outage for one reason or another at times. There needs to be more preventative maintenance and inspections done to try and remove possible issues with the equipment and environment.”
