Whoever our driver is they consistently lie about delivery completion. The signature is made up, the GPS location isn't anywhere near our business, and our security cameras show when they do and don't arrive at the property... spoilers, it's never when the delivery time stamp is. It's hours and hours later.

Kudos to Brian from my local FedEx delivery office. A driver had problems exiting my gravel driveway & left some deep ruts. Brian personally raked out the ruts & re-smoothed the surface. That’s what I call good customer service!

They received my package July 6th and it has still not left the facility to be delivered i have called multiple times spoke to customer service and still get told theirs is no delivery date issued yet I ask if I can pick it up and get told no this place is a joke
