Melissa Martinez is great, I've been having a lot of problems with other Horizon Banks with cards and Mrs.Martinez was extremely friendly and helpful. She went way above and the beyond the call of duty to assist me. The lady Kim who sits beside her was also great. I wish everyone was like Melissa and Kim

The bank is great kiss great, but I wish this page didn't say they are open on Saturday when they're not.

The lady’s in the bank are absolutely wonderful and are so helpful ❤️ But the Security guard is on his phone constantly and is not even close the the door that customers uses. If someone comes in the front door the girls are in danger and the customers. 23rd street need a new security guard!!!!
