“Went in to get a hole saw and John and Cooper were super helpful and did great research to help me find what I needed. This place is always so helpful. Thank you John and Cooper.”
“Super place for the guys and especially women, because they have a great section with all kinds of stuff not tool related. Prices are higher than I remember but with that comes the best help with all your needs, and answers you may ask.”
“Had a very good experience there. Even tho they didn't have the specific Honda part I was looking for, the floor rep Amy was very patient and helpful and even chatted with me a bit about the music coming thru the radio, referencing a very funny Weird Al clip I should check out. I did, and it was hilarious! Anyway, Ace Hardware rocks, and so does Amy!”

“Driving by between supply houses and thought I'd stop in and check on acetylene and nitrogen prices. Beaver answered all my questions patiently and with a smile, quickly and efficiently provided an invoice which the admin staff handled promptly and pleasantly. I've been to a lot of various types of supply companies over the years and I believe this is the best, friendliest and most efficient experience I've every had. I'll drive past all other gas suppliers to use IWS from now on.”
“I called. The person that answered was pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. Pointed out that they would load my concrete for me. They had the fast setting concrete that I needed. Half of the time, whichever ace I go to is out. Often worth going to ace because I can get in and out.

“I needed just a couple of specialty bolts for gun repair and couldn't find them anywhere else. Atlas knew exactly what I was talking about and had them in stock, krazy affordable too. The customer relations is top notch also. Thanks and I'll be back.”
“The gift shop and the green house/plants departments are my “Go To” locations everything I visit Highway 58 Ace…exceptional customer service! The other areas of the store provide excellent customer service, too. Often walking with you to assist product location. The cashiers are very personable, too”

“We went in late in the afternoon to pick up some pavers. There were only two people working in the store and Corey took his time to help us get 60 pavers loaded. We really appreciate him! Thanks Corey !”

“Ace Lookout is the Best! From Charlotte the friendly cashier to the knowledgeable staff always willing to help you out with any and everything you need. I appreciate the recommendations from Mylon, and Ron Finley never meets you without a smile! Great Service and Great Location!”
“I come here at least two times a month for supplies. The staff are kind and greet me every time I enter the store and someone is always close by ro answer any questions.”
“The Stone Source helped us design and install a replacement for the tile and hearths surrounding our double sided gas log fireplace, which definitely needed updating. Anna Baker showed us their many samples in both the showroom and the large warehouse, and offered suggestions on tile styles and color combinations. Their demolition and installation crews were very professional, taking the time to clean up prior to leaving at the end of each day. We are thrilled with how the project turned out, and will absolutely contact the Stone Source for our next tile project.”
“I'm a big fan of Harbor Freight. Very good supplies for the money. Probably wouldn't shop here for everything if I did my projects for a living, but for the average active homeowner, you really can't beat it.”
“Kendall as a company is ok, though sometimes they don’t have common items in stock.THIS location though has two of the best counter guys you can ask for. Steven and Michael are both A+ at their jobs and have helped Me out a lot. Would recommend this place to anyone based on them working there.”
“If its a FASTNER, they've got it! You can describe your part and they know, immediately, what you need and where it's located! They're VERY friendly & Professional ! They've got Tools, too!”
“I’d give them 6 stars if available. What a wonderful group! Very knowledgeable and extremely friendly. Our team was in town for a project and needed help. They welcomed us in like family. Thank you!”
“There’s always a chance you’ll run into 3 generations of the Thompson family any time you’re in there. Gotta love a family owned and operated business that runs so well. Check them out”

“The couriers for EMS are top notch. They always take the utmost care to make sure all items arrive correctly and safely. Super huge shoutout to Talon. Every time he comes into the shop he brightens the place with good vibes and professionalism. He always makes sure that we check the packing slips while he's there so any wrongs can be put right as quickly as possible (there aren't often wrongs, but we're all human). So yay EMS for hiring such stellar delivery persons!!”

“I placed my order online but did call the store and spoke to someone about how long it might take to receive my chain hoist since it was not available in the store (shipped from the factory).
I got my answer that it might take 10 days to arrive. So I placed my order.”

“Builders Hardware is the best hardware company in the Chattanooga area. Having been in business 61 years, they still provide the quality personal touch that most larger manufacturers do not provide.”
“To the staff that helped me. I want to give a big thank you to you.
I’ve been soo nervous about building cabinets on my own, (first big wood working project ) and transporting them from HD to my house. They helped me with every step. To the guy with the grey beard, you literally rock! When I seen you today I lit up! Thank you for helping me find all the things I was looking for the day before and today!
To the staff at the pro desk. Thank you soooo much! I couldn’t have achieved this without you. Truly. These things wouldn’t have fit in my car. The kindness and patience that you had with me was much appreciated.
Come to HD to get your lumber and real hospitality!”
“Home Depot always has what I need. Better than Lowe's in my experience. Even if HD doesn't have what I need Lowe's is right next to it so I just go to both”
