“David Skiles and his assistant were a pleasure to work with. He actually listened to my issue and took into careful consideration my previous actions to immediately zero-in on the actual problem which did not originate in the tankless water heater at all - it was driven by a faulty water pressure regulator under the house. He changed said regulator in record time and quickly fixed the issue my efforts had failed to remedy. I’ll request him by name in the future. Great service.”

“I gave them a call when Tiwi answered I explained that I was looking for bulk gravel. Instead of turning me away explaining the tractor was broke he sold, me on coming in and he would hand load my truck. He was courteous and never once complained about having to do it in 90 + degree heat. With service like that I will definitely be back.”

“My wife and I went there looking vanity top for a bathroom. They were very helpful and had to order in what we needed. The new top came in very fast and we are very happy with the purchase. They should be one of the first stop if you are looking for home items.”

“I visit several Harbor freight stores throughout the Chattanooga and North Georgia area and the customer service at the Hixson Harbor freight was absolutely amazing today. The person that did my checkout was super friendly and helpful and made me feel very welcome there as I am a woman and sometimes going into Harbor freight they won’t take you seriously, but today was an excellent experience. I suggest you go see them at the Hixson Harbor freight, though they did not have every single thing I needed they still had more than I went for.”

“I usually buy all my home improvement project supplies at 'Homie Depot' or Lowe's. Of course, I never miss the garden section since I am such a lover of flowers and plants. We recently moved, and I converted the front hall closet into a pantry since the kitchen didn't have one. The room I converted was attached to the kitchen, so it made more sense to be a pantry instead of a coat closet. I'm not sure why the complex didn't just convert it themselves. They tend not to want to spend any money on upgrades, but I did ask. The room sizes in apartments here in Tennessee are smaller than what I am accustomed to, so utilizing every inch of space in an efficient way is essential. I wanted to accomplish making an efficient space with shelves, hooks, and bins, and doing it by making the conversion temporary. I did not want to have to 'put it back' so to speak when I moved out. Mission accomplished. So I chose several of these cool black wire 3-shelf goodies which came in a box that was VERY lightweight to carry. I'm not very handy when it comes to assembling anything [especially IKEA furniture lol], but these shelving units were a cinch. There were even YouTube videos showing the complete assembly done by several YouTubers. There are many more larger sizes to choose from, but this one worked so well, and was manageable for me. I bought one more to use against the end of the kitchen cabinets and it looks very modern. I use this one to house decorative kitchen pieces and frequently-used items. With the already-existing shelf in the closet, these worked out perfectly for what I needed to store, as well as it freeing up space in the limited amount of cabinets in the kitchen. Actually, I got quite good at assembling these. So good that I ended up buying several more of these units for my huuuuuugeeeeee walk-in closet!”

“Everyone is always very helpful in the store. But I have to throw a real big shout out to Michael in lawn and garden. He helped me load my cart up and he also helped me load my car. It was very much appreciated!! Thank you for making my day. He is a real credit to your store”
