Journeys offers a friendly and helpful staff who are attentive without being pushy. The store has a very good selection of shoes, and staff members are eager to assist customers in finding the right fit. They are knowledgeable about different brands and sizes, often going the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. Despite some sales limitations during holiday weekends, shoppers generally have an excellent experience. Many customers appreciate the kind and attentive service, making it a place they plan to return to for future footwear needs.
Staff was friendly and helpful, but not pushy. Store selection was very good. Given that it was Labor Day weekend, the sales could have been a little better but otherwise an excellent experience.
