The company is employee owned, and they were so kind and courteous and knowledgeable that this made an experience that is usually miserable, trying on shoes, into a very fun and pleasant experience. Both gentlemen who were working there were super nice and had wonderful personalities!”
“We were in town from atlanta visiting Chattanooga and we had some free time. My wife had some feet issues and we went in with my wife who needed to be fit for a pair shoes. Wes was right there and ready to help. It took about two hours and he got her into exactly what she needed. My wife walked out with a smile and her feet were happy.
This was customer service at it's finest. Wes took such great care of her, that I would drive back from Atlanta for my next pair of shoes. Keep up the amazing service, it is truly appreciated.

“I went to Front Runner yesterday need of different running shoes after being loyal to what I have been wearing for almost a decade. I explained my issues to Morgan and she really listened. She measured my foot and said she’d be right back with some options. She reappeared with around 6 boxes of different brands and I admit I was overwhelmed. We moved through trying the shoes on and had a yes and no pile and she helped me come to a decision. I took the shoes for a spin today and even though they felt a lot different from what I was wearing, I am delighted to say that the issue that moved me to investigate new shoes did not flare up. I’ve been to Front Runner before and I can report that they are always super nice and helpful. 10/10 for Morgan-she rocks. 10/10 for suggestions and experience. If you need someone who knows what they’re doing, go to Front Runner.”

“Buckle has a really good selection of jeans and casual clothes, especially if you like western-inspired or trendy styles. “Visited this boutique with my sister while on vacation and can’t say enough great things about it, we wanted to buy the whole store! So many beautiful items at reasonable prices with the most helpful, friendly sales associates. One of the items I bought was a gorgeous bracelet stack and when one of the bracelets had come apart, the owner herself called me, ordered replacement options, sent me such options to pick from, and had it delivered to my home address beautifully wrapped in priority mail postage with a kind note! This customer service experience was above and beyond my expectations. I’d highly recommend anyone to shop here; I’m looking forward to it when I visit Chattanooga again!!”

I recently shopped here while I was in town for a weekend, and purchased the most beautiful pair of leather heels with a carved wooden base.
After one normal wear, the wood unfortunately chipped. I was so sad because they were pretty pricey, $220, and one of the most beautiful pairs of shoes I have bought for myself.
I live out of town, so I cannot easily go back into the store for an exchange... so I *nervously* called the shop and spoke with Jenna, emailed her photos of the chip, and she reached out to the company rep for a replacement pair. No hassle at all (which was already super appreciated).
The shoe brand was sold out in my size, and as soon as Jenna learned this, she issued me a refund for the shoes (before even talking through options with me - initiative!!), told me to keep them, and sent me product recommendations to apply to the wood to keep them from chipping any further in the affected area.
This is hands down the BEST customer experience I have ever had and way more than I would have expected. She just handled it.
I will absolutely be shopping with them again. This is a huge reminder for me as to why it is so important to shop local businesses so that you can have the personalized, real life support when you need it.”

I had a purchase transaction I wanted to exchange that wouldn’t pull up in the POS system when I scanned my card. I was frustrated that my Apple wallet history showed the purchase, but they couldn’t help me without “proof of purchase” in the form of a receipt. (For some reason it didn’t show up on my Anthro account.)
They manually found the transaction in the system and went above & beyond to help me.”
