This location is generally a great place to shop and many customers shop there often. It is typically clean and they have a good selection, including a decent variety in the clearance section. There are lots of good battery operated tools and good clearance events. Many customers like the customer service, noting caring and customer centric employees who resolve matters in a timely way. However, experiences can vary. Some customers report instances of poor customer service, such as employees not providing promised help. There are also frustrations with systems, like a loyalty app that did not work, leading to problems getting credit for purchases that neither store customer service nor corporate would resolve.
