I drove across town to get a part that I needed. The store was clean and the staff was very helpful. I was in and out in a flash. Good price and quality part. I would recommend this location of Napa to anyone in need of automotive parts.

Wonderful experience! I was in a new area with a dead battery, got a jump start and recommendation for this NAPA from a local. When I got there the associate pulled my battery and installed a new one in no time! He was super polite and helpful and got me back on the road

I was able to buy 3 gallons of aluminum brightener and the salesperson made sure to give me the 3 gallons in a box and also gave me a discount of 20% for buying 3 gallons. The manager and staff was more than friendly. They did not have a public restroom, however they had no problems allowing me using their employee restroom.

Been using napa gold oil filters for years and they have always been made in USA. Bought one today for my Chevy Silverado now they are made in mexico looking down in the filter and there is rust inside and way to much glue on the inside guess I won't be buying these anymore.

Went to east 23rd street store and the employees were rude and completely unhelpful ive never in my life been treated that way by a part store I run a mobile service ill drive outta my way to never do business with them again bad business dont even care about your customers

Dont like the fact that they have oils on the website that they are unable to get after you request online then you have to listen to a rude tone about it from the associates. I believe one was actually a manager.
