I don’t know her name but the lady working the front desk was fantastic! I walked in literally right at closing time and she was so welcoming helped me like she had all day. Great attitude, Very Helpful. Not many left like that! Chattanooga, Tn, 23rd St.

Excellent experience. The manager went out of his way to help make sure I got everything taken care of. Even stayed a few minutes after closing, just to make sure I solved the issue I needed to solve. Highly recommend this location and its service.

How can you beat a NAPA parts store? Much better people and parts. You go there for real parts and service tools, not for plastic crap to hang on your car.
