Disappointing experience at Old Navy Northgate Mall location! They locked their doors 10 minutes before closing time. Unacceptable! Management refused to accommodate customers who arrived just before closing. When did this become standard practice? Expecting better customer service from Old Navy in the future.

It’s 7:15pm which is like the middle of the day in June. Along with myself I’ve watched 8 different people try the door since 7:00pm so I’m not sure closing the store at 7 every day was a wise business choice.

Just left Old Navy with ad in hand…today only pants $15. Manager came up not those pants. Refuses to look at the ad. I said the details said as long as it doesn’t end in .96, .45. She was BEYOND rude! She said “I told you which pants”! Refused to give me the store number, gave me the area code. I was talking to my husband as I left the store she interrupted and said GOOD GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

We walked into the store with 20 minutes left until closing planning to just quickly browse through looking for one specific item, we were met at the front door by 2 female employee's, one of which immediately with an attitude said “We close in 20 minutes hurry up or don’t, you do you.” While her coworker was telling her to calm down and stop being rude. She responded by saying she didn’t care. She was very unprofessional and rude.

Absolutely the worst experience ever. Old Navy has become quite a disappointment. Sure there's a couple things that are on sale to get your attention but they have suffered a lot of loss and they are trying to put it on the consumer by raising all their prices even on their basic s.

I am an avid Old Navy shopper and today I had the BEST experience at my favorite store. I am a huge clearance shopper and I showed up to the fitting rooms with 50+ clearance items to try on. Wonderful Sandy was so kind and helpful and would come check on me ever few minutes to get the items I didn’t want to make it easier. Then the manager Macie came up to me and told me Sandy said she had a wonderful customer experience with me after I had felt like such a burden for trying on so many clothes. She was also so so helpful. Wonderful wonderful staff.
