Terry is a subject matter expert. He diagnosed the problems with my old computer (which I chose not to repair, due to the number of issues and age of the computer). Sometimes you find places where they know how to do the job, but very bad customer service. This gentleman is expert doing his job, with great customer service also. 👍👍👍! Second time I need support from him. I will be back for sure when I need this kind of service again.
