She had little issues at House of Pets Grooming! They understood the situation and had no problem letting my dog come in to test the waters, both figuratively and literally. They treated her gently, but firmly enough to make sure she didn't jump out of the tub!
I can't thank them enough for the professionalism and great job they did. They were also just really fun to talk to :-)!

Their coats are very high maintenance, so having an amazing groomer makes ALL the difference. They were seeing another one that kept leaving mats & unclipped toes & wouldn’t clean their ears. So I brought them to comb & collar & she did an amazing job with them. She groomed every inch of them! They look like the little handsome pups they are now! She got me in last minute because we were desperate to find someone to fix the mess that was done from the previous groomer. She was really sweet to the dogs as well, which is important knowing I’m leaving them in caring hands!! Their prices are really fair as well, we’re used to paying big bucks for doodles but they don’t always include what you’d consider a FULL groom. Here though, they did the works and It was all included in one price! My boys were so happy there, and I’m So excited we’ve made them a part of our lives now!

4803 TN-58, ChattanoogaTried the new location in Ooltewah and had a great experience! I called for appointment and they got me in the next day. I showed a picture to the groomer of what I wanted and she copied it perfectly and evened out lop-sided ears from his previous cut at PetSmart. Their fee was $5 less than a basic cut at PetSmart but included great extras like nail trim and grind, a cute bandana and a photoshoot! Very happy with Brittany as our groomer and with the convenient new location. We will be back and have told all of our friends! Thank you!

Middle Valley Animal Hospital

We had three dogs and recently had to put down our two older babies. Middle Valley was so sweet and even sent us a handwritten card for our loss.
Something I really appreciate here is the honesty. They will not have you continue to bleed money on things that aren't going to help your fur baby. They are in it for your fur babies' best interests and not making money. I truly appreciate that.

Play Dog Excellent
4113 Dayton Blvd, ChattanoogaWe have gone to two training sessions and also use the boarding facilities. The training is so much fun and that’s mostly due to Anna having the best attitude. We just finished Do More w Your Dog and it was a fun look at dog sports. Training really creates a connection and I would highly recommend going past basic obedience.
Bowie seems to have the best time at boarding too and always comes back tired from playing. So glad we found PDX and thanks Anna for a wonderful class.

The food was phenomenal, service excellent, and great atmosphere. We had such a wonderful time and Maddy and Seth both knew exactly what they were talking about concerning the food or any questions we had. They were enthusiastic, personable, and so fun to talk to. The Local Beef Burger should be called the Heavenly Burger! It was absolutely delicious, as was everything we tried. The Blood Orange Tarte was fantastic but the Cookies and Creme Bacon Cookie Ice Cream was divine!! We highly recommend, we had the best time here.

Highly recommend this spot! And prices are very reasonable. We got the diamonds and rust place which has their infamous seitan and it was filling, nutritious and delicious.

This was the 4th dog park visited over the past week of traveling in TN and GA. It was nice to see plenty of people and dogs along with staff and dog parents cleaning messes. Also, first place that the dog parents actually visited with me and was friendly. My dogs enjoyed. Bathrooms were clean. I splurged and had a couple beers while I played with my dogs. My dogs aren’t social butterflies playing with other dogs. They keep a big eye on me and want my attention.

I was so impressed by how well the animals were looked after. Adopting a rescue animal is incredibly rewarding, and it's important to remember that the staff are doing their best to help these animals find loving homes. They deserve our patience and understanding throughout the adoption process. These animals deserve a loving home and a second chance. The staff here are doing such important work, and they deserve our support and respect.
Adopting my two boys, Pickles (formerly Fred) and Wasabi (formerly Cut), was the best decision ever! They weren't from the same litter, but they're now the most adorable, inseparable brothers. ❤️
It's true that some animals might have health issues, but that's a risk at any shelter. My boys had a minor intestinal issue and an eye infection, easily fixed by our vet. Just be sure to get your new pets checked out, especially if you have other animals at home.
I'm so grateful to this shelter for giving these sweet animals a chance. The world needs more places like this! Thank you to the amazing, compassionate staff!"
