They need to give this woman a raise cause her customer care is above my expectations. When you help the pet parents you also help the animals and vise versa. Thank you for being so helpful, kind, and understanding during this time as we figure out and navigate a dog recently diagnosed diabetic. We appreciate you and Dr. Knarr so much for everything you do in helping our furr baby.

Overall, the atmosphere was perfect with plants, wall decorations, and comfortable seats. If you're hungry and passing by, this restaurant will blow you away. Just make sure not to eat too many chips!

Choo Choo BBQ in East Ridge absolutely nailed it for our Memorial Day takeout. We ordered a family feast for everyone, and it couldn’t have been more perfect—easy, delicious, and exactly what we were craving.
The ribs and pulled pork were the stars of the show—both tender, flavorful, and cooked just right. The pulled pork was juicy with that classic smoky goodness, and the ribs had great flavor and texture without being overdone.
We added some homemade mac and cheese, which was rich, creamy, and the ultimate comfort side, along with the banana pudding that was the perfect sweet ending—classic, simple, and so satisfying.
What really stood out was how everything felt consistently good and thoughtfully prepared, even as takeout for a holiday. No fuss—just great BBQ done right.
