LKQ Pick Your Part in Chattanooga is a large, well-organized junkyard and one-stop shop for used auto parts. It has the best inventory in the area with a great selection of cars, trucks, and SUVs. The yard is organized and easy to navigate with helpful employees who provide maps. Wheelbarrows are provided to carry parts. There is a small entry fee. The parts are priced far cheaper than new, offering great deals and significant savings. The website is informative with up-to-date inventory and effectively labeled rows for finding vehicles. Customers should bring all their own tools and be prepared to walk a long distance and get dirty. It is advised to stay hydrated. There are pumping sinks with soap to wash up afterward. The business also buys used vehicles in any condition. They have implemented a 90-day return policy that is an optional paid add-on. Core returns must be done the same day as the purchase. Overall, it is a pretty good and neat experience with a cool view of Lookout Mountain.
I drove an hour to get there after checking their website which indicated they had what I was looking for. They did not have it. Their lot is huge with no map or carts to get you around, so plan on a hike. Plus, they charge a $10 fee, just for the honor to get into a salvage lot and hike around. Wow, never seen that before.

Trying to get ahold of the local yard and all I get is an 800 number with a general recording. Contacted customer support and same thing, Go to website. I want to talk to a REAL person about an issue. But instead I have to go back down there to the yard to talk to someone in person.
