While the garbage can pile up on weekends and holidays, the complex is full of the fun sounds of laughter, life, kids, and dogs, not quiet. Residents highly recommend it as a home in the East Brainerd area.

This complex may not look like much from the outside but living here gives the coziest vibes and everyone I encountered was just lovely! Maintenance was always quick (shout out to Mr. Nate!) and Katie in the front office is just a bubble of joy!! I could not recommend living here enough!!!

I lived here with my husband and 2 kids for a few kids and loved it! Katie in the front office is the best and makes the complex feel so homey from the first time we visited! Highly recommend if you're looking for a home in the East Brainerd area!!

I lived at The Emery for two years. The apartment was clean and didn’t need anything other than a window screen when I moved in. I found the staff very responsive, professional and friendly. My experience was good. I removed one star from my rating because of the garbage situation as it does pile up on weekends and holidays.
