Rock/Creek Hamilton Crossing is a store with a great variety of goods for all outdoor activities, featuring items of great quality and premium brands. The store has a good amount in stock, especially more popular shoes. Employees are very helpful, nice, knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly patient. Service is great with no hassle, and staff is not rushed, acting as a personal shopper and being very helpful. Customers report great experiences, finding exactly what they need very quickly and ending up buying a lot of items. The store warranties items with no hassle. Customers are grateful, have a good feeling, and will definitely be returning.
My husband & I are not from the area but decided to stop in today while we were in town. The staff were some of the friendliest people we have met in a long time. Chris was especially kind & helpful with the purchase of a pair of Blundstones. We will definitely be back when passing through, 10/10 experience!
