The people at this Truist are a pleasure to work with whether making a deposit or withdrawal are even if you have a issue they are always a pleasure to work with.I had a issue not to long ago and had to go in and a man named Scott greeted me and asked me how he could help me and so I explained to him what I needed and he said sure no problem and also while he was looking at my account noticed I was a crossover from SunTrust and asked me about switching my accounts to Truist and how easy it was and so I did and he noticed where I had and overdraft fee which I never do and asked me how I would like that $36.00 back I told him that would be great since I am on a fixed income he looked at me and said already done Mr.Clayton. Truist is top notch banking.

I have been dealing with truist for about a year now in two different states. I can honestly say that the personal service is amazing. At both location the people have been such a pleasure to work with.

If you are a black person with large sums of money/checks, DO NOT GO TO THIS BANK!! I’ve had several lottery winning checks that’s drawn off of Truist bank, cashed and deposited. On Wednesday September 5, 2023 I was racially discriminated against by teller JACK RICHARDS. He immediately gave me a hard time, speaking rudely and sarcastic. He thought the check was fake lol after looking at the check and tried to give me my check back saying I can’t cash it or get my money until the next day. He even lied saying “rules had changed since my last winning 2 weeks ago. “ I said that’s fine and deposited it into my account. The next day, I checked my account and it said I had a 48 hr hold on it for some reason. I knthen it was him that was responsible,after the rude exchange the day before. After calling the 1800 number and speaking to higher up, the hold was immediately removed. But, I went back into the branch to file a complaint. I also called the police to make a report. The senior banker AMBER BRIDGES was very dismissive about the whole situation. She tried to get me to just leave it alone by reminding me that she is the one that had the hold removed after it was never supposed to be placed. I was treated very unfair, spoke to very rudely. I was never told exactly why the hold was placed, and I was never apologized to for the horrible experience and inconvenience. I have never been treated so poorly. I have contacted corporate file a complaint on him, and seeking further justice for this horrible experience’s . So, this is no where near the end. I also, plan on taking my business else where after this.

I don’t have a truist bank account but the restaurant I work at uses them for payroll. Why does it cost $8 to cash a check at the bank it came from? I’m a server and make $2.15 and all the taxes from my tips come out of my paycheck. These are TINY paychecks. An $8 fee seems a little much.

Terrible bank! I had to leave once they took over from SunTrust. Truist has shady banking practices. I would never recommend them run do not open an account here you will be sorry.

Very Very rude people. I would suggest you use a different Truist bank location. Worst service I have ever seen. Tried going in there 3 times. Never again. Need to just fire the guy up front and the lady in the office Then it might get a little better. The little lady working the drive though was the only one working. Everyone else was just playing on the computer letting the line inside just keep growing and looking at Everyone in line very rudely.

Very annoying I can’t speak to anyone on the phone. I tried two branches and the company number. I just want to know if they charge their customers for certified checks! It’s impossible to get help. I guess I will have to waste time and gas to drive to a branch to get an answer to my question.

This place is awful. I waited 2 hours to talk to someone!! And you can’t call them or you are going to be on hold for another 2 hours. I don’t know why they merged BBT and suntrust, but that was a horrible move!!

Amber is VERY rude. She decided to interrupt the teller I was working with in order to get help, Amber decided to make it her business while she had her own customer and Amber decided to assume what I needed, once I explained what I needed the teller I was working with was already handling it. Amber you should take care of your own customer at your desk instead of walking clear across the bank to make my business yours. Thanks Benz for being very helpful and polite.
