Friendly staff and always willingness to help plus they have locations i other states i go to PA alot and they have a location conveniently close when I visit family.

The Truist bank on Lee highway & shallowford road is horrible in Chattanooga Tennessee I'm going to find me another bank to bank with they always slow I'll come in on my lunch break and they always slow stood in line 15 minutes and still didn't get no service horrible customer service!!!!

I had a SunTrust credit card and I am paying the card and now the merger Truist bank hasn't sent me the new card and went in to talk about the new card and still haven't received the new card
