One of the worst banking experiences I’ve had. The tellers are fine for basic stuff, but the desk staff are extremely slow and appeared either new or insufficiently trained. Would not take my change needed to pay my bill. Having to walk through a lobby with mass of change and then get sent out. A bank that handles money caused me a huge inconvenience. I will be moving away from them going forward.
