About The Big Mattress Outlet
Based on the reviews, The Big Mattress Outlet has honest, no pushy sales people who are willing to do whatever it takes to help. The staff is thoughtful and knowledgeable about back and body pains, and they point out body alignment. They listen to needs and concerns, then round up with a deal customers can turn away from. The staff is patient, even with little hooligans, and makes the process easy and enjoyable. They also suggest pillows that save necks. One customer had to wait 3 weeks, but was given a spare bed in the meantime and is excited about the K2 bed. Professionalism, honesty, and integrity are present. The staff is described as a wonderful human being and very kind.

Alisha was very knowledgeable and helpful picking out our new mattress! Didn’t feel like she was trying to up sell us or rush us on our decision. Would definitely work with her again to purchase new bedding!

Alisha was the only one to point out body alignment out of three places I went to on 153. She listened to our needs and concerns then rounded up with a deal we could turn away. Also suggested a pillow that saved our necks. Then to top it off she’s a wonderful human being. So thankful!!
