I had to switch out a mattress I purchased last week from them because I chose the wrong firmness, and they made the exchange so easy and the cost was minimal compared to the big box stores. When we unpackaged it, it was missing a back cushion. We just called them up and they said "no worries, we have extra in stock!" My new sofa is beautiful and we're so happy with our purchase. Make sure to get the warranty if you have kids or pets! So worth it!”
