About Thrifty
Thrifty offers a generally smooth rental process and good value for customers at Chattanooga Airport. Many find it easy to locate and appreciate the quality of the vehicles. However, some customers have reported issues, such as complications with insurance coverage and long wait times for vehicle preparation. Communication difficulties during check-in have also caused frustration. Despite these challenges, the friendly service from staff has been noted positively by some customers. Overall, Thrifty provides a decent rental experience with room for improvement.

Loved the little SUV I rented.
The lady at the car return was very courteous and helpful when we were trying to find our way in to the rental desk and again as I returned the car.
Rental lady was helpful as well and I loved the option to buy the pre-trip tank of gas.
