“On Aug 17, I went in about an hour and a half earlier than my scheduled appointment because that is when I could get a ride. I noticed the woman at the desk was polite and professional while she was dealing with a customer even though they were very busy. She asked me to please wait and she will get to me as soon as she could. When called me up she did about 5 minutes later, she was able to get me a more fuel efficient car right away. I was extremely impressed by how calm, cool and collected she was with handling the busy waiting area. Then shortly a young man came with me to my car and processed me right away. I do not know the names of these two Enterprise employees, but I was thoroughly impressed by them.”

“Great experience. Someone hit my car so while getting repairs needed a rental from them. Was a little sad they couldn’t guarantee a Rav 4 but tried out a jeep. Didn’t like it so they were nice enough to let me switch to a Tucson next day. Worked out pretty well and car was clean with no weird smells. And best part AC worked great in the scorching heat. Easy return process as well definitely recommend this place. Worked with Jalen at pickup and drop off.”

“This was the first time I had ever rented a car. It took me a minute to find the place because it's at the airport and I'm not familiar with where everything is, but once I got there, no issues. The staff was friendly. They could tell I was confused so they approached me, which was a huge help. They explained everything. They were patient with my lack of knowledge. They do send you to a garage with the keys by yourself, BUT they tell you where exactly the spot is and it's on the key. There are several people in the garage that will help you if you get lost. They were patient with me on that too. Also, I'm old school and have a good old fashion car key. Had no idea how to use this push button thing. The showed me how without making me feel inferior in any way. The vehicle was a 2026 Chrysler Pacifica. Very nice, very clean, drove amazing”
