Kolby was the representative who assisted me in securing a vehicle and did a great job! He was quick to check me in and gave me a 2023 grand Cherokee while my car was in the shop. A stressful experience just before the holidays was made better by the by the level of service that was provided to me by Kolby at enterprise on 20th St.”

“Processing was handled at the enterprise/ national counter beside the Alamo counter. It was explained that Enterprise owns Alamo. They gave me several choices and I opted for a camry. The car was freshly washed and vacuumed. The only concern was that when I turned the radio on, it blasted at almost full volume. Caught me off guard. Otherwise, professional and efficient clerks. I always advise taking a slew of pictures at rental and at return. Will use them on my next trip to CHA.”

“I had an absolutely fantastic experience and I had to share it! I got screwed at National Car Rental because they changed their credit card deposit to $400 and i didn’t have the credit. I went over to Hertz in tears about my vacation practically being canceled because of what happened and the Hertz ladies worked fast to get me as much help as they could. No deposit, a real nice car, unlimited miles, no sales pushed, and best of all it took probably less than 10 minutes to get the car. After that, i had to add a day of my trip and the customer service reps were fantastic AND fast as well. Then i ended up arriving early and they provided my a refund of my day with no problems. I am very appreciative, never renting from anyone else again except Hertz.”
