Closing the hub at UPS has had a negative impact on businesses trying to ship later packages. I’ll be switching my packaging options to Fedex going forward since they stay open later than 6 PM….

They lost the package. The photo showed it delivered to the wrong apartment. The package is still missing, and it contained expensive custom teeth retainers. Should've used USPS. Will never use UPS again.
