The UPS Store #3188 in Chattanooga offers expert packing, shipping, printing, document finishing, a mailbox, notary, shredding and faxing. It is locally owned and operated in the Food City Shopping Center. The staff is super friendly, helpful, patient, and kind. They are incredibly patient and genuinely care about helping. They provide great customer service, answer questions, and are great at making lines go by quickly even when they are a bit long. They take the time to explain everything and make sure situations are taken care of perfectly. The service is thoughtful and personal, going the extra mile. One customer noted the staff is probably the best they have ever encountered. The store is efficient, though sometimes the line can get long and the time to get served can be a little too long, as they never seem to have enough employees working. However, the team is amazing and provides a huge difference in helpful, courteous service compared to other locations.
I went into the store to do some Amazon returns and there was a young lady named Layla that helped me and she is so nice and so very helpful. This UPS store is very lucky to have her. Everyone there is really nice
