I can’t say enough good things about the UPS manager, Linda, here! She was kind, patient, and genuinely cared about helping me. She called me back several times throughout my shipping process which faced a problem upon delivery. She took the time to explain everything and made sure my situation was taken care of perfectlyI It’s rare to find service this thoughtful and personal —thank you for going the extra mile, Linda!

Everyone here is always super friendly and helpful in answering any of my questions. I've gone in a number of times now, mainly for Amazon returns and I can't recommend them enough. Sometimes the line can get a bit long but they are great at making it go by quickly while still providing great customer service.

I’m a caregiver for someone who is moving in the next few days and I had to go in to ship a lot of her things. The staff is probably the best staff I’ve ever encountered in my entire life. They were incredibly patient, kind, and helpful. I had quite a few items to send and they didn’t seem bothered by the amount of time it took to send them. They were so nice.

As an individual who has worked with multiple UPS stores, this location has been the most unpleasant and unprofessional location. Not only will UPS box customers be told to wait over 15 minutes to pick up packages, they will become very upset when you try to help them with packages you’ve received.

Lost package & rude staff!
All tracking info stated my package never left their UPS facility on December 26. I called on January 6 to inquire if package was still there and an employee named Jessica cut me off mid-sentence stating they have pick-ups every day and I need to take up with USPS. I reached out to USPS and they communicated that the shipping label was created but has not left their facility. I called back only to have Jessica tell me she spoke with their manager, there is absolutely nothing they can do and hung up on me. I called immediately back and they would not answer the phone. Due to the lack of care with my package and horrible customer service, I then reported this UPS store to their corporate office. Now that it was reported, how convenient that I then start receiving shipping notifications and updates that my package just now arrived at the Chattanooga facility from that UPS location and my package will arrive January 16 from a December 26 drop-off.
I have always used this UPS store out of convenience but it’s safe to say I will NEVER return for personal or for work shipments.
Take my advice, go to another UPS location or different shipper all-together!!

I’d give zero stars if I could. Honestly so disappointed for the lack of accountability from this location. Do not use any of their printing services! I dropped off 5x7 envelopes to have invitations addresses printed. Initially when I dropped off the envelopes and spoke with someone they kept going in the back to speak with the manager about it. I found it odd that the manager wouldn’t come out and speak with me directly if she was the one doing the project, while the staff was going back and forth with each question she had for me, meanwhile there was a line out the door. I was told that they would be able to do it but it may take a day or two, no biggie. After 4 days I call to get an update, and they make up a bunch of excuses of why they are unable to print the addresses on the envelope. “Their system just isn’t allowing it, and I know our website says we can do it but our store doesn’t have the tools to do it”… what?! Not only are they saying they just can’t print anything, but also told me they changed the fonts on my invitations- which I did not agree to. Completely unprofessional and not even a “I’m so sorry”- just an “oh yeah I know you’ve been waiting but we’ve decided we can’t do it”. Unbelievable.

Amazing customer by Gracie, I first went to the Gunbarrel location and they are awful rude and lazy.. Came here to ask for my item to be bubble wrapped and shipped and was met with of course we would love to help.. what huge difference between here and the other location.. thank you for knowing what Customer service is
