They don't deliver packages, and then when they do deliver packages it's damaged. And if it don't fit in your mailbox your not getting it the expected day. My package was supposed to be delivered yesterday. Instead, it was held and today I get an email it's ready for pick up at a post office that doesn't open on Saturday's.

I've had poor service from this Postal Office as they quite often hold my packages without attempting to deliver them. I wait around on the days my packages are supposed to arrive just to receive notifications that my packages are being held for no good reason. Mind you, these are small and lightweight packages.

Not many experiences at this post office but each have been decent! There will always be someone holding up the line but the staff has been helpful and kind.

For the past few weeks, they have been marking packages as delivered when they weren't. Today, a package from Amazon was marked as delivered to our parcel box. I went outside to check our mailbox, and there was no key to the parcel box that was left inside. I noticed there was a key inside of someone else's parcel box. I decided to go back and double-check, and there was our package inside of the parcel box with the key inside. Our package could have been stolen! The package looked like it had been to Hell and back, but our items were not damaged, thankfully. I don't know why this keeps happening, but it's suspicious.

The worst post office ever the worker is so slow and the place is dirty, so be prepared to stand in line for 15 to 30 minutes for your wait.

This place never has anyone there that knows anything. I'm so sick of hearing 'I'm new' or 'I don't know, I just work the desk but I'm the only one here' it's like no one is in charge and no one knows anything

trying to figure out why our normal mail carrier is fantastic and has no issues (like any other vendor or package service) hitting the button on the call box to be let in the gate, but when its not our regular carrier, they just pull up, walk by the call box and leave the packages on the ground hidden behind the stone pier which the call box is attached to. If I didn't have cameras I would never know a package had been left outside the gate!

Literally every time I go in here they are the rudest people on the planet. I can't stand bad customer service. Ive tried going in at different times and it is always that same rudeness from every single person working. I'd rather wait in a really long line then be talked to like that. Will avoid USPS at all cost.

Slow, lazy, and bad bedside manners! I would rather drive across town than go to this one! It apparently needs new management asap! Oh and one more thing, clean your parking, it looks like a old western but instead of tumble weeds, it's random trash blowing In the wind!
