“Beds are cozy. Rooms are cozy. Bars, food, and atmosphere is great. Location is perfect and the outside grounds are top notch. We've been coming to Chat for 50 years and have never stayed here at this hotel until last night. This will be our go to from here on out. If your looking from some amazing pizza. Go to Community Pie! Hands down the BEST IN THE COUNTRY!”

“We attended the Founder's Blend release and it was a great event. The event space is beautiful and a great place to have a gathering. The catering was delicious and the samples for the release were delicious. Highly recommend this as an event space for work gatherings or small weddings. Beautiful area, plenty of parking, and it smells like whiskey.”

“I had purchased some tulips from Raintree. Tulips sometimes won’t open, in this case mine didn’t. Sandy was very cooperative. She replaced all the tulips that didn’t open and actually gave me a few extra. And to top it off she even had them delivered to my home all free of charge. Excellent customer service I would highly recommend to anyone!”

My good friend hosted his 50th Bday party here. The food was not only DELICIOUS, but the presentation, the chef, and the staff made everyone feel regal. I loved my experience and I enjoyed the space. Looking forward to hosting a dinner party here myself or attending someone's else's event.

“Stopped by Gallery 1401 today looking for a gift for my wife, and was so impressed with the mix of artists represented in this Chattanooga gem. The staff was friendly and very helpful in my search, and they were even able to contact one of the artists I was looking at! Definitely a new favorite, and I cannot recommend it enough.”

“We hosted our wedding here in November of 2024. We were looking for a venue close to downtown Chatt that showcased the beauty of the area and was more unique than most of the barn venues around town. The architecture and scenery of TN Riverplace is hard to beat. Our guests stayed downtown and didn’t have issues finding Ubers to/from the venue, despite being around 15 mins from their hotel. Our wedding party rented out the rooms in the venue Villa and each of our families rented the VRBOs on property to make prep and travel easy, and it was well appreciated by each of us after a busy weekend! The accommodations were perfect as well as the on-site suites for bride/groom parties to get ready together.
I can’t say enough good things about the TNRP staff and the service they provided for us and our guests. We always had 2 dedicated staff on site to answer questions, manage trash, and help our coordinator if anything was needed. It truly feels like a family run operation, and we felt important to them the entire time we were on property and throughout the planning process.
If you’re looking for a unique venue that you don’t have to spend hours decorating because the scenery and atmosphere speak for themselves, I would highly recommend touring TNRP. 90% of our 100 guests came from out of town and immediately fell in love with Chatt. We can’t wait for our photos to be ready, as we know they will be gorgeous thanks to the fall colors we experienced on their property that weekend. Thank you Bailey, Krista, and the entire team!”

I have been a member for 4 years and have never observed prejudicial treatment of others by staff or members.This Club is a safe place for all, and it is a welcoming and open location for all racquet ball players. Workout room was clean and had great equipment - has a Peloton!Noise levels inside and outside aren’t bad at all - pretty quiet in general.Very happy and will stay here again!One weird thing is the breakfast isn’t complimentary…you have to pay $17 for a buffet style normal hotel breakfast…very strange.”

“The place is in a fantastic location. The staff makes it even better. Nick was able to help my special requests and direct us to a nearby grocery store in time before it closed. Brad was so helpful in getting my boarding passes printed while I was stuck in a conference. Blake was amazing by preparing coffee for my group early enough for us to all have coffee while waiting for our super-early Uber ride to the airport. Thank you to a super staff!!”
“Talk about a great stay! The rooms were a great size, the whole hotel very clean, and each room had a sliding glass door either opening into the central area (where the pool is located) or to the parking areas. We stayed for a business trip and I was very pleasantly surprised at the quality of the Sonesta hotel, this having been my first time staying at one of their locations. The staff was quite helpful, even providing a few suggestions for activities in the area. My ONLY complaint is that they don't provide a complimentary continental breakfast, but with the great location, multiple breakfast options are a short trip away. Plenty of businesses, restaurants, and things to do within a 5 minute car ride, just off of the interstate. Despite the proximity to I-75, once you're in your room the outside world melts away and it's quiet. I rather enjoyed the curved couch with ottoman and the television that swivels for easy viewing from either the couch or bed. If I'm ever in this area again, I'll stay at this hotel again!”

“We've traveled and been to a few children's museums. This is by far the best and most entertaining one we have been to. The STEAM activities are educational as well as fun. I appreciate that they let you leave and come back in the same day, but you could stay all day. There is so much to do. I will say the afternoon after lunch was much lighter of a crowd than earlier in the day.”
