I hardly ever write a review, I just feel people are doing their jobs, and go on with my day. But I have to say that Collin Cook was extremely vigilant in helping me with my issue. He handled my issue very professionally with diligence and I walked out of the location feeling beyond satisfied.

If I could make this negative stars I would! This place changed my phone plan without any authorization from myself the account holder. Bottom line for this store is making a dollar regardless of how it’s done. They are unethical and go against the procedures Verizon has in place to safe guard accounts. Beware of this store and its staff!!!

Terry was exceptionally helpful today. We bought a new phone directly from Apple but couldn’t get the number transferred over to it. (Data yes, number no.) Terry took care of that and also got us on a different plan that saved us some money each month. Highly competent and very pleasant.

Beware This Store.
And Verizon's "Free Phone And Plan"
It is truly sad at this day in age that companies still feel the need to blatantly lie to customers about their services. "Adding a line is free and comes with a free phone".
Whenever I confronted the stores manager about this "Free Everything" Policy, he confirmed that there is in fact Debt attached to the phone and monthly services are being charged. His response was "It's just bad phrasing".
Bad phrasing?
Since when is lying considered bad phrasing? That is pathetic, lazy, and deceitful business.
Never heard of "Bad Phrasing" for "Free" to mean that if you stop paying for "Free" that Verizon would instantly chase someone down to collect amounts owed and stomp your credit.
