Katie Henry was amazing! We’ve had issues before when getting a new phone but she made the experience so pleasant! She’s very knowledgeable and tech savvy so for those of us who are not, she was great! I highly recommended going to the Verizon store on Hwy 58 and ask for Katie!

Matt Truax was very helpful in setting up my phone I got at the gun barrell store that wasn't calling when they sent me out with it but Matt was able to get it working and make sure all my stuff was there! Thanks Matt.

My husband and I went in to get new phones and we were helped by a young man named Hunter Cox. He was extremely helpful and answered all of our questions. He was very polite and respectful. We enjoyed the entire experience of purchasing a new phone which can be stressful and he made it easy.

-She jumped right on taking care of an issue with my account and went above the next level to make sure it was 100 percent taken care of before I left and because of that, I will only be coming back to work with her in the future! My wife and daughter purchased an iPhone 16 for me as a gift at an Apple Store in Virginia. Not knowing how to transfer the data from my old iPhone or move my old number to the new iPhone, I decided to stop by the Highway 58 Verizon store to see if they could help me. I was greeted by Travis as soon as I entered the store. I explained my situation and he immediately jumped in and smoothly handled the transition between the phones. He also took the time to review my existing phone plan (which was no longer offered by Verizon) and told me he could set me up with a current plan that was $20 cheaper each month. I couldn’t have been happier with the service I received at the Highway 58 store. In my opinion, Travis went above and beyond the call of duty to help me, especially since my new phone had not been purchased from Verizon. I highly recommend this store!

Customer service was prompt and friendly but unable to help. Note that this is not an actual corporate Verizon store and will not take in your trade-ins that are due to return.

Was rude, but got accomplished what I needed. FINALLY. No longer recommend Verizon. Sad, been with them for right at two decades. Soon as I can, I'm going to switch. They don't appreciate loyalty. Lots of lies

Katie Henry did a marvelous job transferring my work phone number over to our family account. She was totally professional, responsive to all our questions, super polite and extremely knowledgeable.
She went above and beyond the call, got multiple problems of our own creation worked out to our great delight, and made a lasting impression on us as a top tier customer service professional.
