I was concerned when I learned that cellular services now manages some Verizon stores. I didn't need to be as Luke provided outstanding service. (Far better than I was receiving.) He is not only extremely knowledgeable and professional but also very patient as I upgraded my phone. Would give him more than 5 stars!
